Objet :

offrir un service de proximité par la mise en place de programmes d'assistance technique en faveur du secteur du développement social et économique en France et en Europe, au Maghreb (Maroc, Tunisie, Algérie, Mauritanie et Libye) et dans d'autres pays d'Afrique ; soutenir les porteurs de projets ou les exploitants de micro entreprises, sous des conditions garantissant la pérennité de leurs activités ; assister et renforcer les capacités des acteurs du développement économique et social en matière de gestion de leurs activités par le conseil, l'information et la formation ; participer et donner aux projets de développements humains les moyens de participer à leur essor ; organiser des forums, édition de supports d'information, etc., qui concourent à la réalisation des objectifs de l'association ICIRA ; établir toute relation de partenariat et de coopération avec tout organisme poursuivant les mêmes buts à l'échelle nationale et ou internationale ; apporter son appui moral, technique ou matériel à tout organisme ayant pour vocation la promotion du développement économique et social ; soutenir tous les programmes : de lutte contre la pauvreté, l'immigration clandestine et l'insertion des populations en situation difficile dans le circuit économique formel ; élaboration de projet personnel, placement et reclassement en entreprise, accompagnement à la création d'activités associatives, ressources humaines et conseil dans le domaine de l'environnement ; recherche universitaire, diagnostic, accompagnement des projets, projet humanitaire ; développement des projets innovants transnationaux
