encourager, organiser, réaliser et promouvoir les activités socioculturelles des élèves, apprentis, stagiaires au sein du LPA site de Castelnau Le Lez ; contribuer à assurer dans les meilleures conditions la vie et le fonctionnement du centre socioculturel mis à disposition de l'association par le LPA Castelnau Le Lez ; organiser des activités ou animations sportives et de plein air conçues comme composantes cultuelles à part entière de la vie scolaire (exceptées les activités et compétitions sportives inscrites dans le cadre de l'UNSS) ; développer le sens de la citoyenneté et de l'autonomie chez les jeunes en les formant à la vie associative, aux responsabilités de gestion et d'organisation d'activités ; promouvoir des relations adultes/élèves basées sur un esprit de coopération et de dialogue ; favoriser les échanges extérieurs et les rencontres avec d'autres foyers ou associations ; encourager l'éducation, la diffusion et la médiation artistique (organisation de concerts, d'expositions, d'ateliers, etc)
