défendre les intérêts des propriétaires, et prendre des décisions en commun afin d'achever cette résidence en BBC comme prévu sur l'acte d'achat et de suivre les procédures judiciaires qu'elle aura à engager jusqu'à son terme ; l'association ainsi constituée peut ainsi représenter d'une seule voix un ensemble d'adhérents pour faire aboutir les démarches nécessaires pour l'achèvement de cette résidence en conformité avec le descriptif des prestations que chaque propriétaire a payé ; l'association s'attache à apporter les éléments d'information à ses membres concernant les travaux effectués dans la résidence, les procédures judiciaires qu'elle aurait engagées ; elle pourra aider le Syndic dans ses tâches en supervisant les travaux à réaliser ; elle s'assurera du bien être des locataires de la résidence tout au long de leur séjour dans la résidence
