protéger les espaces naturels et paysages des environs du lac Saint-Peyres (Tarn) et des communes avoisinantes ; lutter contre toutes les atteintes qui pourraient être portées à l'environnement, aux hommes, à la faune et la flore, notamment quand elles seront susceptibles de toucher aux caractères naturels des paysages et à la santé et sécurité des hommes et des animaux (se référant, à cet égard, à la Convention Européenne des Paysages) ; lutter, y compris par toute action en justice, contre les projets d'installations industrielles (notamment éoliennes) et leurs nuisances, mettant en cause les intérêts de la nature, des gens, du patrimoine paysager et bâti ; obtenir réparation amiable et/ou judiciaire des préjudices subis de leur fait et obtenir l'arrêt de leur exploitation ou de leur démantèlement ; favoriser le dialogue et les échanges d'information sur les nuisances environnementales et leurs conséquences
