permettre pour chacun de ses membres, le raccordement au réseau d'eau brut du réseau Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole exploité par la société "BRL" au moyen d'un compteur divisionnaire pour chaque membre positionné en aval du compteur général géré par l'association, la consommation de l'eau du bas Rhône, mais également la facturation du dit raccordement et des consommables (abonnement, consommations), la répartition des charges correspondantes entre chaque lot et les responsabilités des membres dans l'utilisation du dit réseau
