promouvoir l'Espace Commercial Petite Arche, composé du centre commercial Auchan et de la galerie marchande, de la zone Fusaparc, de la zone de l'Horloge et de l'Espace Tours Synergie; proposer plusieurs fois par an des opérations commerciales communes sur le site de la petite arche, être le relais auprès des autorités administratives et politiques des grandes évolutions structurelles et routières, et de l'avenir du site commercial, entrer en relation avec les pouvoirs publics et l'ensemble du monde économique, organiser toutes réunions, conférences, manifestations, contribuant au développement des entreprises adhérentes, créer ou diffuser toutes publications et documentations se rapportant à son objet et au but qu'elle poursuit, elle contribue par tous moyens appropriés à la formation et au perfectionnement professionnel de ses adhérents, elel a également pour objet le cas échéant la défense des intérêts de ses membres
