cette association a pour but de promouvoir la pratique et le développement du football, sa durée est illimitée, des séances d'entraînements loisir et compétition, des compétitions officielles et amicales, des assemblées périodiques, et tout autre type d'activités sportives, d'actions ou de manifestations que le comité directeur jugera utile pour son développement, l'association s'interdit toute discrimination, et toute discussion ou manifestation présentant un caractère politique ou confessionnel, elle veille au respect de ce principe et garantit la liberté de conscience pour chacun de ses membres, l'association met à la disposition des adhérents et du public une charte basée sur le respect et la bonne conduite, reprise dans son règlement intérieur, lorsqu'il s'agit de compétition, elle est régie par les textes législatifs et réglementaires en vigueur, y compris ceux concernant le sport, par les statuts et règlements de la fédération française de football et de la ligue régionale dont elle relève, ainsi que par ces présents statuts
