venir en aide aux jeunes et aux familles vivant de l'agriculture dans les pays défavorisés, particulièrement à ceux qui se trouvent dans une extrême pauvreté, en leurs apportant notamment un soutien matériel et moral ; elle s'attache à faciliter la formation des jeunes pour leurs permettre d'améliorer concrètement, grâce à la vente de produits de qualité, leurs conditions de vie dans les exploitations agricoles familiales ; l'association s'efforce également d'accompagner les jeunes dans leur projet de développer une production agricole diversifiée de maraîchages, de petits élevages, de viticultures, etc ; elle a enfin à coeur de rendre manifeste le rôle crucial de l'agriculture familiale dans la lutte contre la pauvreté
