Objet :

promouvoir la danse et la musique latine par le biais d'une radio locale, un partenariat avec nombreuses associations liées à la culture musicale latine (salsa, bachata, reggaetom, merengue, samba et kizomba), chaque association a son programme d'événements, cours, stages, concerts, une soirée toutes les semaines, organisation et participation de festivals régionaux et nationaux, recevoir les têtes d'affiche en interview, les partenaires sont aussi des lieux de rendez-vous ou de restauration comme le papaye et chocolat "temple de la salsa" ou "la pachanga" et "le havanita", le bar havana à tours, toutes ces cibles sont concernées et valident le projet de mettre en place une radio dédiée à la culture musicale latine, aucune radio ne présente un tel programme sur l'agglomération de tours, chaque association compte entre 30 et 500 adhérents
