l'association a pour objet la recherche de moyens matériels montures, verres, appareils auditifs, chaises roulantes et béquilles, aider les personnes mal-voyantes, mal-entendantes et les handicapés physiques, promouvoir l'association auprès de tous ses membres, oeuvrer pour la solidarité et l'entraide entre les hommes, renforcer la communication entre les associations de côte d'ivoire et celles de france et partout dans le monde, initier les activités et des actions améliorer le bien être des personnes handicapées tant en france qu'en afrique, en particulier en côte d'ivoire, rechercher des partenariats, renforcer le fonctionnement de l'association, favoriser et faciliter les rapports individuels et collectifs entre tous les adhérents, en s'évertuant à créer un climat de confiance mutuelle, nouer et développer des contacts avec des associations similaires de france et de l'étranger, initier des projets pouvant renforcer les capacités des membres
