favoriser l'accès à l'emploi à des personnes exclues du monde du travail ou menacées par l'exclusion, organisation de parcours de qualification et d'insertion professionnelle prioritairement au profit de personnes rencontrant des difficultés d'insertion professionnelle (ex : jeunes sans qualification reconnue, demandeurs d'emploi de longue durée, bénéficiaires du RMI), embauche de ces personnes sur des contrats de travail adaptés, permettant l?organisation de tels parcours au moyen de mises à disposition successives auprès des entreprises adhérentes du GEIQ, s?engageant à proposer au moins un emploi à plein temps par an, durant trois mois (ou six mois sur deux années), promouvoir la recherche collective de toutes les possibilités d?emploi stabilisé à l?issue du contrat de travail signé avec le GEIQ, en particulier au sein des entreprises adhérentes, des entreprises d?Indre et Loire, ainsi qu?auprès des groupements d?employeurs ISOCEL
