fédérer au niveau national tous les producteurs et tous les acteurs de la filière carotte autour d'un projet commun en vue de réaliser des actions communes efficaces, en ayant comme principales mission : la connaissance de la production et du marché, la définition et le pilotage, pour le compte de ses membres des stratégies d'adaptation de l'offre, l'orientation de la production, la gestion des programmes d'actions techniques,la communication générique produit vers les institutionnels, le grand public, les sociétés privées et les clients, la représentation et la dégense de ses membres notamment auprès des pouvoirs publics, des organisations professionnelles et interprofessionnelles, et des acssociations de consommateurs, la détermination des axes prioritaires en matière de protection de l'environnement, en fonction de sa représentativité, l'ACF, se réserve la possibilité de demander l'exrtension des règles de disciplines, édictées par l'Association à l'ensemble des producteurs de carottes
