Objet :

assurer la protection de la personne et la sauvegarde des biens des majeurs bénéficiant d'une mesure de protection juridique et/ou sociale, prioritairement des personnes en situation de déficience intellectuelle (en particulier ceux dont les parents sont ou étaient membres d'une association affiliée à l'unapei) ; assumer toutes fonctions de protection, notamment en application des dispositions du Titre XI du code civil, et toutes dispositions législatives et réglementaires nouvelles ; créer, organiser ou participer au fonctionnement de services au profit des majeurs protégés ; développer l'accueil, le soutien auprès des familles et des tuteurs familiaux ; assurer le plein épanouissement des personnes ; assurer les fonctions de mandataires dans le cadre des procédures de rétablissement personnel ; la prise de participation dans toutes sociétés civiles immobilières (SCI) dont l'objet sera, notamment, la propriété, l'acquisition, la construction, l'aménagement, l'administration, la gestion, la prise à bail, des biens immobiliers bâtis ou non, destinés à l'activité de groupement à but non lucratif ;  la participation au financement, notamment, via des conventions de prêt d'argent non rémunéré, de toute société civile immobilière, contrôlée directement par l'association en vue de l'acquisition par la dite société civile, des biens immobiliers ayant vocation à servir à l'association de locaux destinés à son administration et à la réunion de ses membres ainsi que tous biens immobiliers strictement nécessaires à l'accomplissement du but poursuivi par la dite association ; l'association adhère à l'urapei et à l'unapei et participe à leurs travaux, elle s'engage à respecter la charte de déontologie des associations tutélaires
