procurer aide et conseil aux partenaires pour l'élaboration et la mise en oeuvre des projets culturels des universités et des établissements d'enseignement supérieur ; rassembler et tenir à disposition les outils, les informations et les données nécessaires au développement du partenariat culturel et artistique ; assurer un rôle de relais entre les universités et les acteurs institutionnels nationaux ainsi que les organismes représentatifs nationaux des acteurs locaux, contribuer avec eux au développement de l'action culturelle ; publier une revue périodique à destination de tous les acteurs et partenaires potentiels de l'action culturelle universitaire ; contribuer à la professionnalisation des formations aux métiers de la culture et facililter, par toute initiative nationale ou transnationale, l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes diplômés
