Objet :

l'association des malades et handicapés poursuit un but d'utilité sociale au sens de l'article 2 de la loi 2014-856 en apportant par ses activités un soutien à des personnes en situation de handicap ; dans ce cadre, l'association a pour objet de : regrouper des personnes en situation de handicap, malades, conjoints, parents ou amis de personnes touchées par la maladie ou le handicap ; représenter et défendre les intérêts matériels et moraux de ses membres, tant individuels que collectifs ; agir pour le développement d'une politique de la santé basée sur le droit et non sur l'assistance et conforme aux aspirations populaires ; promouvoir dans la région du siège social un plan d'action et d'éducation sanitaire et sociale et de participer à sa réalisation ; réaliser, avec la participation des adhérents, des activités sociales, culturelles, d'entraide et de loisirs, sous formes diverses, selon les besoins exprimés ; travailler à résoudre les problèmes sociaux posés par la maladie ou le handicap des personnes et leur famille ; travailler à la promotion individuelle et collective des personnes en situation de handicap
