Objet :

promouvoir une politique coordonnée en matière d'achat et de prestation de services, y compris toute prestation d'assurance, de conseil et d'accompagnement, au profit de l'ensemble des acteurs de l'économie sociale et solidaire, adhérant à une association régionale membre du réseau adere ou à défaut directement à u.n. adere ; réaliser au profit de ses adhérents, dans le respect des dispositions légales et réglementaires, des concours financiers ou techniques, de solliciter tout emprunt et de consentir toute garantie à cette fin ; l'association pourra également intervenir dans le cadre de conventions au bénéfice des adhérents d'autres associations ayant un objet similaire et poursuivant un même objectif ; par ailleurs, l'association pourra prendre des parts dans des sociétés du champ de l’économie sociale et solidaire, et donc en devenir actionnaire ; pour poursuivre ces objets, l'association pourra mettre en œuvre tout moyen d'action autorisé par la loi et notamment créer un centrale de référencement de l’économie sociale et solidaire formant une structure d'aide aux économies sur ces achats ; l'association devra également tout mettre en œuvre pour s'adapter constamment aux nouveaux besoins de ses adhérents ;
