toutes activités liées à la création, production et exécution de projets culturels dans leur forme la plus large et dans tous les domaines du spectacle vivant, de l'animation, de l'audiovisuel, de la publication, de l'édition et de la diffusion ; l'association s'attachera particulièrement au management et promotion du groupe Monsieur MARTIN &TED l'AFRO ; elle pourra être amenée à organiser des manifestations, des concerts et toute opération visant au développement du groupe Monsieur MARTIN & TED L'AFRO (vente de disques, création de produits dérivés, promotion et communication) ; cette association aura également pour but de faire le lien entre le groupe, ses dépenses et recettes liées au développement du groupe Monsieur MARTIN et TED L'AFRO et les différentes structures travaillant avec le groupe (maison de disque, tourneur, éditeur, etc) ; elle pourra également apporter son soutien et sa participation à toute structure associative ou commerciale ou à toute personne physique autour de projets culturels tels que définis dans le présent objet
