la pratique et la promotion du basket ball, l'organisation d'évènements sportifs locaux, nationaux, européens ou internationaux devant se dérouler en france, en ce compris l'ensemble des compétitions, préparations et/ou phases préparatoires ; l'organisation de journées de formation des médecins et kinésithérapeutes des équipes de france, médecins des ligues régionales et des comités départementaux, médecins agrées par les différentes fédérations, médecins du sport, médecins du sport et toutes autres professions médicales liées à la pratique du sport ; elle peut accomplir tout autre acte dès lors qu'il concourt à la réalisation de l'évènement visé, ainsi que toutes actions liées à la promotion, à l'animation, et au développement du basket ball ; elle peut ainsi et notamment : préparer en accord avec les administrations et collectivités intéressées, le programme des réalisations de toute nature nécessaire à la bonne organisation générale et technique ; participer à la conception des différents aménagements nécessaires à la réalisation des équipements devant servir à l'organisation de ces championnats ; être saisie de tout projet ayant pour but de faire évoluer la structure juridique de l'association, afin d'atteindre l'objectif qui lui est assigné ; l'association est sans but lucratif, d'intérêt général et à caractère culturel, éducatif et sportif
