Objet :

fédérer des acteurs du milieu culturel et du milieu social ainsi que des individus et groupes de tous horizons, autour d'une plateforme commune afin d'établir un réseau solidaire, dynamique et durable ; les différents objectifs : aider les membres à la création de leurs projets (spectacle vivant, métier technique, arts plastiques, œuvres humanitaires et caritatives ) mettre en place un réseau d'entraide de biens et de services ; mettre en place un réseau de promotion, au profit d'individus comme de groupes ; mettre en place des événements culturels et sociaux, sous des formes diverses et variées ; établir une passerelle entre le monde artistique et le social, afin de s'inscrire dans une démarche engagée ; s'inscrire dans une démarche d'accessibilité, quelque soit le public, en zone urbaine comme rurale ; une mise en commun des compétences participer au développement de la vie sociale, localement et régionalement ; participer au développement de la vie culturelle, localement et régionalement ; pour parvenir à ses objectifs, l'association se donne tous les moyens légaux existants, et peut intervenir à tous les niveaux (local, départemental, régional, national et international)
