« Collectifcitoyen 63 », strictement laïque, a pour objet : 1- d'assurer, à Clermont-Ferrand, la protection, l'accompagnement éducatif, scolaire, sanitaire, social et juridique de mineurs non accompagnés arrivant de pays étrangers, en cours de procédure juridique pour faire reconnaître leur minorité dans l'attente de leur prise en charge par les services de l'Aide Sociale à l'Enfance du Conseil départemental du Puy-de-Dôme, ou ayant un projet d'insertion professionnelle lorsqu'ils atteignent leur majorité ; de concourir ainsi à leur intégration sociale grâce à l'intervention de bénévoles et en collaboration avec les partenaires institutionnels et associatifs ; 2- d'inscrire son action dans le cadre d'une préoccupation majeure pour notre planète que constituent les migrations, de mener à ce titre des initiatives rassembleuses et innovantes à la recherche d'un consensus entre la société civile et les institutions administratives et politiques ;
