favoriser et développer l'accès du plus grand nombre à un enseignement musical de qualité pour tous les styles (musique classique, musique traditionnelle, musique actuelle) démarrant par l'initiation aux jeunes enfants, s'étoffant d'une formation à la pratique instrumentale adaptée aux différents niveaux de pratique, et débouchant sur la pratique collective vivement encouragée; perfectionner l'art musical et dispenser un enseignement permettant la poursuite des études musicales débouchant sur des carrières artistiques; contribuer au rayonnement artistique de l'école et des communes du piémont Oloronais; développer dans le Piémont Oloronais la meilleure collaboration musicale et amicale possible avec tout autre organisation à but culturel et artistique; développer des projets musicaux et artistiques dans le secteur de la santé et du handicap, avec un musicothérapeuthe diplômé; créer des ensembles musicaux et vocaux, et organiser des concerts, stages et rencontres musicales; l'association agit dans un esprit permanent d'ouverture et d'accueil à tous, en intégrant les pratiquants de tous âges, et entend contribuer à l'animation locale; l'association ne relève d'aucune obédience politique, syndicale, professionnelle ou confessionnelle
