Objet :

analyser et rechercher les besoins de la population de Mourenx et des Communautés de Communes de Lacq et de Lagor, tant sur le plan des individus que des groupes et étudier les moyens d'y répondre ; promouvoir , développer, susciter et aider les activités à caractère social, sanitaire, économique, éducatif, culturel et de formation ; informer et défendre les consommateurs, promouvoir l'égalité des chances et lutter contres les discriminations de toutes sortes, oeuvrer dans une démarche d'éducation populaire en faveur de la jeunesse du territoire, assurer progressivement la participation des habitants à l'animation, administrer , posséder et gérer dans le cadre du Centre Social, ainsi que de veiller à ce que l'orientation générale de l'animation soit conforme à la circulaire du 3 Août 1970 et la circulaire CNAF n° 56du 31/10/1995 et aux textes qui la modifieraient ou la complèteraient sur les Centres Sociaux
