rompre avec les inégalités d'accès à la culture en mettant en place des dispositifs , structures de proximité;promouvoir la magie et ses arts annexes, et en faciliter l'accessibilité; aider , accompagner et encadrer des magiciens dans leurs activités, démarches (formation, ateliers, cours, salon manifestations en tout genre en rapport avec la magie); mise en place d'atelier , d'initiations , de rencontres entre magiciens et enfants (découverte de la magie et formation pédagogique); mise à disposition, prêt de matériel spécifique à la magie ( ainsi que du matériel d'éclairage, décors sonorisation, costume )pour faciliter la réalisation de manifestations et ou en minimiser les coûts; création , distribution, vente de goodies, petit matériel de magie, dvd, multimédia favorisant l'acquisition de techniques ; ; organisation de manifestations , spectacles dans la limite du nombre de représentations autorisées par la loi sur l'année en cours ( actuellement 6 par an sans licence de spectacle)
