promouvoir et développer la création et l'industrie audiovisuelles, favoriser tous types de pratiques amateurs comme professionnelles, conduire des actions d'art thérapie, socio-éducatives de formation et d'insertion sociale auprès de différents publics - en priorité les patients de psychiatrie - et soutenir la production et la diffusion de films, notamment par l'organisation de master classes, d'ateliers, de festivals et, de manière générale, de toute manifestation éducative, artistique et de promotion liée à la création et à la production ainsi que des échanges solidaires et culturels, dans la Région Languedoc-Roussillon en général et dans le département des Pyrénées-Orientales en particulier ; elle se donne également la possibilité, par tous moyens légaux, d'aider à l'organisation et à la gestion de structures à vocation cinématographiques et vulgariser l'usage du cinéma et de l'audiovisuel comme médium de communication et d'insertion sociale
