Objet :

étudier et mettre en oeuvre des pratiques de programmation, d’animation et de promotion de films destinés à favoriser la découverte de nouveaux spectateurs et la rencontre des publics locaux avec des oeuvres cinématographiques de qualité ; mettre en commun des moyens techniques, humains et financiers nécessaires à la réalisation concrète de ces objectifs notamment par le regroupement et la mise en commun de moyens d'achats et de service permettant une meilleure maîtrise des coûts financiers de ses adhérents ; aide concertée à la diffusion, à la création et à la production de tout projet ayant retenu l’intérêt de l’association, seule ou en collaboration avec des partenaires professionnels extérieurs ; développement du travail en réseau pour favoriser la pérennité des salles de proximité face aux logiques fortes de concentration, et afin de préserver la diversité culturelle ; mettre en oeuvre toute action de mutualisation notamment en créant un fonds de mutualisation régional (FMR GRAC) conformément aux termes de la loi n° 2010-1149 du 30 septembre 2010 avec obligation de transparence, d’équité et d’objectivité dans son fonctionnement conformément à l'article L 213-17 de la loi et en accord avec les objectifs de l'association
