mettre à disposition des associations visées en exposé préalable qui deviendrait membre et de tout autre adhérent, tous moyens, notamment matériels et économiques, leur permettant de parvenir à la réalisation de leur objet ou d'y concourir ; surveiller et contrôler la politique d'investissement, et donc les investissements de ses adhérents afin d'éviter tout gaspillage tant de ses propres ressources que de celles de ses adhérents ; aider les associations adhérentes à parvenir à leurs objectifs notamment en coordonnant leurs actions et, en définissant et contrôlant la politique d'investissement desdites associations ; créer et gérer des établissements à but éducatif ou en lien avec un tel but, tels que des établissements d'enseignement privé ou des établissements hébergeant des élèves ou étudiants ; organiser et animer tout évènement à caractère éducatif, culturel, social, ou humanitaire, notamment afin de permettre à ses membres d’acquérir un savoir tant linguistique, que culturel ;
