cette association a pour objet d'exercer toutes activités permettant d'être présent à soi, à l'environnement, à l'autre. Présence à soi par des pratiques favorisant la conscience du corps, par la détente ; Tai-chi, qi-gong, méditation ; présence à l'environnement par la sensibilisation et le ressenti à la nature. Perception du jardin, de la faune, de la flore,... Présence à l'autre par le don de soi. Eveil du goût par des préparations culinaires, écoute en conscience pour accompagner l'autre...Ces activités pourront prendre différentes formes (cours, ateliers, stages, formations, manifestations, spectacles,...) et être enrichies par la présence de différentes personnes (artistes, conférenciers, professeurs, thérapeutes...). Le but étant de nous laisser toucher par la Vie ; quelque soit notre âge et notre condition
