rassembler des organisations indépendantes, afin de constituer un réseau national d'organisations spécialisées compétentes qui pourra faire entendre sa voix dans les débats nationaux sur l'environnement; agir pour faire évoluer les actuelles règles de représentativité afin de permettre à des organisations spécialisées compétentes de contribuer au débat; oeuvrer à la sauvegarde et à la protection de l'environnement dans tous ses milieux et composantes, sans limitation des thèmes abordés, en portant une attention particulière aux thématiques touchant à la Santé et la Justice environnementales, lutter contre la crise écologique qui se fonde sur quatre composantes : réchauffement climatique, épuisement des ressources naturelles, chute de la biodiversité et crise sanitaire ; promouvoir la mise en oeuvre de solutions durables dans chacun de ces domaines; poursuivre des objectifs d'intérêt général et à devenir une Association représentative
