en tant que préfiguration de la « Fondation des service politique » à créer, est un laboratoire d'idée, un centre de recherche et un outil qui travaille à l'élaboration d'une pensée politique cohérente avec la doctrine sociale de l'église ; s'y retrouvent des hommes et des femmes de bonne volonté attachés aux valeurs fondatrices de la civilisation européenne et au bien commun de leur patrie ; dans ce cadre, elle se fixe quatre objectifs prioritaires : elle cherche à favoriser le développement et la diffusion d'une pensée politique inspirée par la doctrine sociale de l’Eglise et à promouvoir ses idéaux par ses travaux et son influence ; elle analyse, élabore et accompagne la mise en œuvre de solutions politiques opérationnelles auprès des leaders politiques, des élus nationaux et locaux, des décideurs et personnalités du monde économique et de la société civile, et plus généralement auprès de tous ceux qui participent aux politiques publiques ; elle inscrit son action dans un réseau national et européen de centres de réflexion poursuivant des objectifs convergents, et elle met son propre réseau au service de la réalisation de son objet ; elle contribue à l'animation du débat
