accompagner et soutenir la population comorienne dans le cadre du développement social, culturel, économique et éducative ainsi que l'épanouissement professionnel ; favoriser l'intégration socioculturelle et professionnelle des comoriens résidant en France ; lutter contre la délinquance sous toutes ses formes par des actions éducatives et de formation qui pourront être organisées aussi bien en France qu'aux Comores ; contribuer à la prévention et à la lutte contre cette délinquance par la mise en oeuvre des projets dont l'objectif est de sensibiliser, informer, former et éduquer ; favoriser par des actions éducatives et de sensibilisation, l'insertion socio-économique, l'intégration et le rayonnement culturel de la population d'origine comorienne résidant en France ; promouvoir un développement durable des Comores, en initiant ou en soutenant des projets axés sur l'éducation, la protection de l'enfance, la santé, la promotion du genre, la préservation de l'environnement et la réduction de la pauvreté
