Objet :

développement économique local par les métiers du sport et de l'animation,  structuration de l'emploi dans les secteurs sportif et socioculturel, soutien aux dirigeants associatifs dans ces mêmes secteurs pour la gestion de leur association et la professionnalisation des acteurs de la vie associative ; cette association s'intègre dans le cadre des politiques publiques pour l'emploi et s'inscrit localement dans un but social en luttant contre le chômage ; les principaux moyens mis en oeuvre sont l'aide à la gestion, la création et la mutualisation d'emplois par la mise à disposition et la bourse d'emploi, la formation, l'enseignement et l'aide à l'insertion socioprofessionnelle ; l'association se donne également pour objectif d'analyser l'évolution du marché de l'emploi dans ces secteurs ; l'association oeuvre en adéquation avec les partenaires institutionnels et locaux de la vie associative ; la présente association fonctionnera dans le plus grand respect des textes défroissant la gestion désintéressée et la non lucrativité
