promouvoir, organiser et mettre en oeuvre toutes actions de solidarité internationale, notamment dans le cadre de projets humanitaires et de développement, tant au Liban que dans l'ensemble des pays du proche orient, en faveur de populations en difficulté ; susciter et accompagner le parrainage et le soutien financier, par des donateurs français, de familles déshéritées dans les pays précités ; promouvoir en France et dans les pays concernés tous échanges et partenariats dans le domaine culturel, éducatif, social et caritatif, notamment entre les jeunes générations des dits pays, en particulier par l'instauration et l'animation de jumelages entre établissements scolaires ou universitaires et/ou toutes autres institutions publiques ou privées intervenant dans ces domaines ; contribuer par tous moyens à la mise en oeuvre et au soutien de toute initiative publique ou privée visant des objectifs similaires ou connexes à ceux du présent objet
