resserrer les liens entre les personnes issues de la diaspora capverdienne vivant en France, les accompagner dans leur insertion par le biais d'aides administratives, d'enseignement de la langue française ; promouvoir la culture capverdienne en organisant des manifestations autour de la danse, la musique, le chant, la littérature, d'activités sociales, de l'art culinaire et commémoration des grandes dates de l'histoire capverdienne ; contribuer à la diffusion des cultures capverdienes en créant une synergie entre les diverses associations poursuivant des objectifs similaires ; l'organisation d'actions culturelles et sociales, la participation à des échanges culturels en France, au Cap-Vert, et en Europe dans les communautés de l'immigration Capverdienne
