faire découvrir dans le sud par des cours réguliers, des stages, des soirées, des concerts, des manifestations, ou autres des danses originaires d'Angola pays africain ayant reçu l'indépendance par le Portugal en 1975 ; souvent appelée à tort tango Africain elle a pour nom plus précis la KIZOMBA et son ancêtre la SEMBA en tant que musique et danse ; elles commencent à pénétrer l'Europe par le Portugal ; toutefois le style de danse pratiqué est quelquefois très éloigné du style angolais Descendant du Semba (danse de rue des esclaves avant l'indépendance) la danse Kizomba (au sens strict) se caractérise par sa langueur et sa sensualité ; en revanche la danse Semba (qui est à la base de la Kizomba) correspondant à la musique Semba autorise et se caractérise par des déplacements plus rapides et plus énergiques le tout dans un style festif
