soutenir les projets du khangtsène de Ngari du monastère de Séra Djé en Inde du sud situé à Sera Jey Ngari Khangtsen, RGN /35/ 89-90, (Karnataka), Bylakuppe-571 104, Mysore District, Karnataka State, South India Au jour de la création de la présente association, les besoins sont définis ainsi : bâtiments, eau, électricité, parrainage individuel des moines et leur éducation ; l''association s'évertuera à collecter des fonds auprès de mécènes individuels, de personnes morales ou de toutes autres collectivités, pourra recevoir des libéralités et se réserve le droit d'organiser des activités commerciales en accord avec la législation française ; l'association a toutes les autorisations du Bureau du khangtsène de Ngari du monastère de Séra Djé représenté par Ngawang Tashi pour collecter des fonds en son nom ; aucune action engagée par l'association ne doit nuire à la réputation et à l'éthique du khangtsène de Ngari du monastère de Séra Djé
