regrouper tous ceux et celles qui : -ont appartenu avant le 8 mai 1945 à la première armée française (ou à l'armée b), - ou ont pris part à la libération de la tunisie et de la corse, à la campagne d'italie, -ou aux combats de l'ile d'elbe, -ou aux combats en indochine pendant la période de commandement du général de lattre de tassigny, et qui sont domicilié dans le tarn, ou qui ont demandé à être rattaché à ce département afin de : 1°maintenir les liens de camaraderie qui ont existés entre eux et l'esprit qui les a animés; 2° perpétuer le souvenir et la mémoire de la première armée française, de son chef le maréchal lattre de tassigny, de ses soldats et de leurs actions; 3° organiser l'entraide et l'assistance mutuelle au profit des membres actifs de l'association; 4° les représenter auprès des pouvoirs publics et faire valoir auprès de ceux-ci leurs droits moraux et matériels; 5° organiser ou participer aux cérémonies susceptibles de concourir à la réalisation du but de l'association
