s'opposer fermement à l'implantation de la ligne LGV Sud Europe Atlantique, proposer une alternative, à savoir la réhabilitation de la ligne existante ; l'association se doit d'alerter les contribuables sur les conséquences d'un tel projet sur tous les budgets des collectivités territoriales ; l'association pourra recueillir toutes les informations et les communiquer aux habitants par les moyens légaux ; si la réalisation intervient, elle s'emploiera à contrer les nuisances de toute nature découlant des travaux et de l'exploitation de la LGV
