mener une réflexion sur la méthodologie et les outils de l'évaluation externe des pratiques des établissements sociaux et médicosociaux dans le cadre de la loi du 2 janvier 2002 ou de toute réglementation qui y serait substituée ou viendrait la compléter ; proposer une méthodologie et des outils opérationnels d'évaluation externe des pratiques des établissements sociaux et médicosociaux qui respectent l'éthique et les valeurs fondatrices des associations membres et du secteur sans but lucratif ; procéder à l'évaluation externe des pratiques au sein des établissements sociaux et médicosociaux qui se porteraient volontaires selon la méthodologie et les outils opérationnels développés et proposés ; élaborer et diffuser des documents de référence en rapport avec l'évaluation externe, la qualité et l'innovation au sein des établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux ; et plus largement, proposer et développer tout accompagnement, audit ou évaluation en lien avec l'évaluation externe, la qualité et l'innovation au sein des établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux ainsi que la promotion et l'accompagnement de la personne en situation de handicap ; l'association peut développer des activités commerciales en rapport avec l'évaluation externe, l'accompagnement, l'audit des établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux
