rassemblement de personnes organisant leur travail en collectif pour occuper un espace en commun, désigné en partage ; l'objet premier de l'association, animé d'un esprit d'ouverture, s'adresse à un ensemble donc à un ensemble varié de participants ; chaque personne se propose d'exercer une initiative créatrice : créative ou innovante ; l'association a pour volonté de regrouper l'énergie, la compétence et l'attention de chacun des participants, en les évitant à s'investir, fort de leur expérience ou de leur volonté affirmée, pour atteindre le but défini comme suit : louer et habiliter un espace dans un intérêt commun, et se regrouper pour en partager le loyer ; les personnes ainsi regroupées se doivent d'investir les lieux avec tout le respect qu'impose la situation ; cela présuppose l'accord du propriétaire du ou des biens immobiliers loués, dont ledit propriétaire accepte de confier l'usage aux membres de l'association preneur du bail
