Objet :

la basr située à beït-jala (commune palestinienne jumelée avec Aubervilliers) dans le district de Bethléem est un centre de réadaptation fonctionnelle couplé avec un hôpital; les soins qui y sont prodigués sont basés sur la prise en compte de la santé globale des patients; la basr ne cesse d'oeuvrer pour les droits, le respect de la dignité, la qualité de la vie et la formation des personnes handicapées, ainsi que leur inclusion dans la vie sociale et la réalisation de leur potentiel humain, en outre elle entretient une collaboration avec 14 centres sociaux de proximité  Bethléem et hébron; l'association les amis de la basr souhaite en coordination avec les équipes de la basr et des centres sociaux, renforcer leur coopération, faire connaître les réalisations de la basr et promouvoir ses valeurs, développer les échanges entre professionnels, usagers et citoyens d'ici, de là-bas et d'ailleurs, mener des actions de coopération destinées à la basr
