permettre aux ressortissants du Bangladesh vivant en France et aux français, de mettre en place des actions humanitaires pour instaurer les mêmes droits pour tous ; de favoriser la démocratie, la liberté d'expression, l'éducation pour tous et la lutte contre la pauvreté au Bangladesh ; enfin d'attirer l'attention des français sur les différents problèmes de violation des droits de l'homme au Bangladesh et permettre un échange culturel entre les peuples des deux pays ; Cette association se base sur l'idéologie du Président Ziaur Rahman, mort pour la patrie, en créant une nation Bangladeshi avec pour principe, les mêmes droits pour tous, la démocratie, la liberté d'expression, l'éducation pour tous et la lutte contre la pauvreté
