apporter une aide materielle, financière et morale aux ressortissants de Tieme résidant en France et Europe en difficulté ; contribuer au développement économique de la ville de Tieme, par la création d'entreprises et activités socio culturelles ; collecter et acheminer des dons à destination de la municipalité de Tieme ; rechercher des partenaires fionanciers et bénévoles pouvant financer des projets de développement, élaboration d'une politique de jumelage entre la ville de Tieme et certaines villes françaises et européennes, les échanges culturels entre les enfants résidants en Europe et ceux de l'Afrique, par l'organisation des séjours et vacances ; encadrement des enfants nés en France par les cours de soutien scolaire
