fédérer une communauté de jeunes et de moins jeunes de toutes origines et cultures autour de spectacles musicaux engagés contre les discriminations ; prôner les valeurs chères à Nelson Mandela, surnommé Madiba, réconciliation, tolérance, acceptation de l'autre et lutte contre le racisme ; mettre en place des ateliers thématiques dans les écoles et associations pouvant être des ateliers théâtraux ou d'une autre nature ; établir des rapports privilégiés entre ces groupes et les artistes et auteurs des spectacles et leur permettre d'assister aux répétitions et d'en questionner les différents intervenants ; offrir aux jeunes et à leurs accompagnants des invitations pour les spectacles en question
