l'association a pour objet l'exploitation au profit de ses membres en gestion directe ou en sous-traitance et sans but lucratif des restaurants interentreprises Oasis et Palmeraie plus cafétérias situé dans l'immeuble les dunes et pour ce faire de prendre à bail les locaux dans lesquels est exploité le Restaurant interentreprises ; Conclure le contrat nécessaire avec une société spécialisée dans la restauration, et d'une manière générale tous actes et contrats nécessaires à l'exploitation des restaurants inter-entreprises sans toutefois poursuivre un but lucratif ; a ce jour les locaux et installations dudit restaurant sont mis à la disposition de l'association par la société Genesis I locataire de l'immeuble les dunes qui en a la jouissance par bail à compter du 30 septembre 2016 conclu avec la société Sogecampus
