cette association a pour objet : d'apporter une aide financière et matérielle aux patients démunis présents dans les hôpitaux africains ; de mener des actions sociales envers les groupes fragiles de la société africaines ; l'épanouissement des individus en état de nécessité sur les plans psychiques, physiques et sociales selon recommandations de l'OMS avec un accent particulier porté sur ce qui sévit dans les milieux sociaux défavorisés comme le SIDA, l'Hépatite, le paludisme .... de créer dans les aires géographiques concentrées des centres de santé simplifiés, d'une manière générale pour atteindre ses objectifs de promotion de la santé , elle organisera et fera la promotion des activités sportives complétée par celle d'une agriculture biologique en milieu rural; d'organiser des collectes de dons et toute initiative pouvant aider à la réalisation de l'objet de l'association ; elle fera des ventes permanentes ou occasionnelles de tous produits ou services entrant dans le cadre de son
