établir et de renforcer les liens entre ses adhérents et les habitants du quartier tout en préservant la mixité du quartier et les échanges entre les générations et les différentes cultures. De suggérer et tenter de faire aboutir les solutions à ces problèmes qui lui paraissent les plus aptes à donner satisfaction à tous ses membres et aux habitants du quartier.
