protéger les chats errants des villes de la communauté d'agglomération de cergy-pontoise soutenant cette action en stérilisant les adultes en les identifiant au nom de l'association et en les réintroduisant sur le site de leur capture l'association pourra proposer à l'adoption les plus sociables d'entre eux tous ces animaux identifiés et soignés seront adoptés sous contrat impliquant certaines responsabilités pour leurs propriétaires comme la stérilisation de leur animal si elle n'a pu déjà être faite les propriétaires dédommageront l'association des frais qu'elle aura engagés pour ces animaux qui dans l'attente de leur adoption seront placés dans des familles d'accueil adhérant à l'association sensibiliser les publics à la présence des animaux en milieu urbain et tout particulièrement à celle du chat
